Glaze for Cookies

1 egg white, beaten slightly powered sugar—add 1 tbl at a time until of desired consistency

1 c. powdered sugar add water in very small amounts until of desired consistency

#1 is best but makes a lot. Use if decorating many cookies.

Note: Desired consistency—thick enough to hold shape when put thru decorating tube but still easy to use Be sure there are no “air lock” when putting icing in tube making it almost impossible to push the “plunger” down to dispense the icing. To protect, when filling make sure each addition is well incorporated.

Each of these can be thinned with water to be brushed on.
